By accessing our website, registering, or participating in any Real Gaming Club activities, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • “Player” / “User” refers to any individual participating in club activities.
  • “Games” refer to skill-based card games such as Poker and Rummy conducted offline.

2. Eligibility

To participate in Real Gaming Club activities, you must:

  • Be legally competent to enter into a binding agreement
  • Not be restricted under any applicable laws from participating in such activities
  • Provide accurate and complete information when requested

The Company reserves the right to verify age and identity at any time and may deny access if eligibility criteria are not met.

3. Nature of Services

Corestack Entertainment LLP operates Real Gaming Club as an offline, social gaming environment focused on skill-based card games.

  • Games are conducted in physical venues
  • Players may participate by paying entry fees or contributions
  • Games are played among participants for entertainment and competitive purposes
  • The Company facilitates the environment, management, and organization of such games

The Company does not guarantee winnings or outcomes.

4. Game Rules & Fair Play

All players must adhere to the rules of each game as communicated at the venue.

Prohibited Activities:

  • Cheating or attempting to manipulate game outcomes
  • Collusion with other players
  • Use of unfair practices or external assistance
  • Disruptive, abusive, or unethical behavior

The Company reserves the right to:

  • Disqualify players
  • Forfeit winnings
  • Remove players from the premises
  • Restrict future participation

5. Entry Fees, Charges & Winnings

  • Participation in games may require entry fees, buy-ins, or contributions
  • The Company may charge service fees, table charges, or administrative fees
  • All fees will be communicated prior to participation

Winnings:

  • Winnings are distributed based on game rules and outcomes
  • The Company is not responsible for disputes between players unless directly related to game conduct
  • Any applicable taxes on winnings shall be the responsibility of the player

6. Payments & Refund Policy

  • All payments must be made through approved methods
  • Once a player has joined a game, entry fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the game is canceled by the Company

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed at the sole discretion of the Company.

7. Responsible Gaming

Corestack Entertainment LLP promotes responsible gaming.
Players agree that:

  • Participation is voluntary
  • They are solely responsible for their financial decisions
  • They will not engage in excessive or irresponsible gaming

The Company reserves the right to restrict access to players showing signs of problematic behavior.

8. Code of Conduct

Players must:

  • Maintain respectful behavior toward staff and other players
  • Follow all venue rules and instructions
  • Refrain from illegal, abusive, or disruptive conduct

Failure to comply may result in:

  • Immediate removal
  • Suspension or permanent ban
  • Forfeiture of participation rights

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, trademarks, and materials related to Real Gaming Club are the property of Corestack Entertainment LLP.
Users may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission
  • Use branding or materials for commercial purposes

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Company shall not be liable for any financial losses incurred through participation in games
  • The Company does not guarantee winnings
  • The Company is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged at the venue
  • Participation is at the player's own risk

11. Indemnification

Players agree to indemnify and hold harmless Corestack Entertainment LLP, its partners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Misconduct or unlawful activity
  • Disputes with other players

12. Suspension & Termination

The Company reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate access to any player
  • Cancel participation without prior notice
  • Restrict future access

This may occur in cases of:

  • Violation of Terms
  • Suspicious or fraudulent behavior
  • Legal or regulatory concerns

13. Privacy

Use of services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how personal information is collected and used.

14. Modifications to Terms

Corestack Entertainment LLP reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will be posted on the website. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

15. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Technical failures
  • Any unforeseen circumstances

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

17. Jurisdiction

All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or participation in Real Gaming Club shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
